Day 9 - China Girl Doll

I found a lot more new sites today, they are out there, you just have to look. I found more children sites and am starting to build an outfit for them. I realize that the Made in the USA things are really expensive! I now get it. You have to pay workers here and pay rent here and now I get it. I'm the first one to want a bargain, but I do see why people outsource. I don't agree with it but I get it.

Some funny news. My friend told me her friend went to the huge American Girl store in NYC and looked at the back of the neck of her daughter's doll and realized it was not made here. Really, is anything sacred? People were shocked but will still buy them.

My other friend told me she is now checking her clothing in the morning to see where it is from. Awesome!!

Tomorrow - I will tackle the dollar store!! I will not leave the store without something from the USA. If I don't post anything tomorrow night - you know why!
